Rescue RN maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Rescue RN If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Use of Site
Rescue RN provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Rescue RN authorizes each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
2. Trademark and Copyright
Rescue RN, CodePRep and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Rescue RN/CodePRep and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
3. Hyperlinks
Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Rescue RN has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
4. No Warranty
The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Rescue RN further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. Rescue RN may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The Materials at this Site may be out of date, and Rescue RN makes no commitment to update the Materials at this Site.

If your use of the Materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of The State of Florida. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Rescue RN may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.

The Terms are effective as of July 18, 2024 and are subject to change without notice by Rescue RN at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
Ownership; Limitations on Use:
All CodePRep Content is the property of CodePRep. You have no rights or interests therein except as set forth in this Agreement. You agree that you will not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright and trademark notices which may be contained within any CodePRep Content. Unless otherwise noted, CodePRep owns all copyright in all of the CodePRep Content and Your right to use such materials is governed by the terms of this Agreement. CODEPREP and the CodePRep Logo are trademarks of CodePRep. All other trademarks appearing in any CodePRep Content are the property of their respective owners. Your access to and use of the CodePRep Content is further limited as follows:
1. This Contract is personal to You only and You may not allow access to or use of the CodePRep Content by any other person(s) or entity(ies) without the prior written approval of CodePRep.
2. You may not forward, distribute, publish, sell, or otherwise provide access to the CodePRep Content to anyone outside Your organization.
3. You may not copy, rearrange or modify the CodePRep Content. You may not create derivatives of the CodePRep Content and may not create abstracts from, scrape or display the CodePRep Content for use outside the Resuscitation Training Course. You may not post any CodePRep Content to blogs, newsgroups, mail lists or electronic bulletin boards, whether internal to Your organization or not, without the prior written consent of CodePRep.
4. You may not use the CodePRep Content for any unlawful purpose. CodePRep reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the CodePRep Content if, in its sole opinion, your use of the CodePRep Content may violate any laws, regulations or rulings, infringe upon another person’s rights or violate the terms of this Agreement. In the event of any such termination or restriction of access to the CodePRep Content, You agree that You will not be entitled to any refunds of any sums paid to CodePRep prior to such termination or restriction of access.
DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY.
1. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE CODEPREP CONTENT IS ON AN “AS-IS”, “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND CODEPREP SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
2. In addition, CodePRep makes no representations or warranties of any kind in connection with the subject matter of the CodePRep Content. Your use of the CodePRep Content is subject to the disclaimers, terms and conditions of use found in this Agreement. Resuscitation Training Course Agreement
3. You acknowledge that healthcare education in general, and resuscitation science, is a rapidly changing field that is being continuously updated. While CodePRep strives always to include the most up-to-date research and information, there may be developments that, at any given time, may not be included within the CodePRep Content. Accordingly, the CodePRep Content is provided “as-is” and “as available.”
4. You further acknowledge that the CodePRep Resuscitation Training Course is not intended to replace Basic Life Support education and that CodePRep does not offer or renew any Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS), or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications as may be required by your organization.
5. CODEPREP, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND LICENSORS (THE “PARTIES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE (JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY) TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE CODEPREP CONTENT, FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS AND LOST REVENUES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “EXCLUDED DAMAGES”), WHETHER OR NOT CHARACTERIZED IN NEGLIGENCE, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ANY OF THE PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN ANY OF THE EXCLUDED DAMAGES, AND IRRESPECTIVE OF ANY FAILURE OF AN ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF A LIMITED REMEDY. IF ANY APPLICABLE AUTHORITY HOLDS ANY PORTION OF THIS SECTION TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THEN THE PARTIES’ LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

By using the CodePRep Content, You accept the foregoing disclaimers and limitations on liability and You assume all risks associated with such use (including without limitation, risk of investment losses, risk to your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus transmitted or activated via the CodePRep Content or any other materials that may be included within or accessed from the Subscription).
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodePRep, its officers and employees from liabilities, damages, losses, and costs, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or to injury or destruction to tangible property, to the extent caused by the negligence, recklessness, or intentional wrongful misconduct of You, Your officers, directors or employees or Your use or misuse of the CodePRep Content
